SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING WITH PURPOSE
Imagine you combined the education and human body expertise of a physical therapist, the exercise knowledge of a strength and conditioning coach, and the motivation and accountability of a personal trainer and packaged it all up into one thing - that’s what you get with our semi-private fitness sessions.
This is not a one-size-fits-all exercise class. Each 60-minute workout will be based on your individual needs, goals, and capabilities to ensure optimal progression - programmed and directed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy in small sessions of up to 6 clients

If you want to get stronger and faster for pickleball, your workouts should be focused around that - not the same as the person next to you who wants to be a better 5k runner.
That’s why our approach to programming accounts for every detail and includes our 3 step process to make sure that optimal progression is made.

Come in for your FREE health & fitness assessment to review your goals and current fitness levels to make a workout plan tailored to you

TRAIN
Your exercise program will be delivered via our app. Check in for sessions through the app (only 6 spots per session) and start working towards your goals!

Due to the nature of the individualization and small size of the classes, total memberships are limited. If memberships aren't available, you will be placed on a waitlist for the next available spot and will be notified accordingly.
Each session will be 60 minutes long. Training session schedule is still being determined but there will be up to 12 sessions available per week.
